AREA 51 ALPHA PROVIDES ALL SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
